Sports And Activities at KVTC

Sports Activity In School-KCTV are integral to the holistic development of trainees at Karachi Vocational Training Center. These activities are designed to promote physical fitness, teamwork, and self-confidence among differently-abled individuals. Sports Activity In School-KCTV include a variety of sports such as basketball, cricket, and athletics, providing trainees with opportunities to enhance their physical health and develop important social skills. Our inclusive approach ensures that every trainee, regardless of their abilities, can participate and enjoy these activities, fostering a sense of belonging and accomplishment. Additionally, Sports Activity In School-KCTV extends beyond traditional sports to encompass recreational pursuits such as arts and crafts, music, and drama. These activities offer creative outlets for self-expression and contribute to building a strong, supportive community. By integrating sports and recreational activities into our curriculum, KVTC aims to create a dynamic environment where trainees can thrive physically, emotionally, and socially, ultimately helping them achieve their full potential.

Teaches fundamental movements, development of psychomotor skills & core muscular movements. The outcome is the enhancement of agility & balance coordination (ABC). Students have won medals in regional, national and international competitions, such as the Special Olympics. The Sports program is based on a UK certified curriculum.

Physical Exercise

To improve the quality of life through exercise via physical training equipment like treadmill, exercise cycle and improving walking posture that will facilitate the trainees to participate in Sports

Taekwondo

Through this ancient Martial Arts technique the trainees are taught Self-defence techniques. Learning the fundamental techniques of taekwondo; these generally include kicks, blocks, strikes, with somewhat less emphasis on grappling and holds. Both anaerobic and aerobic workout, including stretching. Relaxation and meditation exercises as well as breathing control. A focus on mental and ethical discipline, etiquette, justice, respect, and self-confidence.
