KVTC Sports Program

KVTC Sports Activity is designed to teach fundamental movements, the development of psychomotor skills, and core muscular movements, which are crucial for overall physical development. The outcome of this comprehensive program is the significant enhancement of agility, balance, and coordination (ABC). Our dedicated students have proudly won numerous medals in regional, national, and international competitions, including the prestigious Special Olympics. This program is meticulously based on a UK-certified curriculum, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of training and development, which prepares our participants to compete and excel on various platforms.

Physical Exercise:

Taekwondo

Through the ancient martial art of Taekwondo, our trainees are taught vital self-defense techniques that enhance their physical and mental resilience. The training includes learning fundamental techniques such as powerful kicks, effective blocks, and precise strikes, with some emphasis on grappling and holds. This program offers a balanced workout, combining both anaerobic and aerobic exercises, including comprehensive stretching routines, relaxation, and meditation exercises, as well as breathing control techniques. Additionally, Taekwondo at KVTC emphasizes mental and ethical discipline, promoting values such as etiquette, justice, respect, and self-confidence, which are essential for personal development and social interaction.
