KVTC Triumph: Para Taekwondo Champion 2022 in Lahore

Yes, the Champs of KVTC did it once again. What a splendid victory it is. 38 athletes from KVTC participated and bagged 38 medals.


Behind all champions is a team that prepares them to become champions. We’re truly grateful to our trainers, our team leader Amir Shahab, and team manager Imran Sohail, and a very special thanks to Grand Master Najam Khan for making this possible for our champs. (DECEMBER 30, 2022)

At the recent All SINDH Para Taekwondo Championship 2023, which took place on August 19, 2023, the students from KVTC exhibited their exceptional abilities and talents. They pitted their skills against various Taekwondo (TKD) club teams hailing from Sindh, including Sukkur Para TKD, Khairpur Para TKD, Mirpurkhas Para TKD, and Hyderabad Para TKD.

 

We are overjoyed to share the news that our students put on an outstanding performance, and we want to convey our heartfelt felicitations to the entire administration, faculty, and parents for their unwavering encouragement.

 

A remarkable accomplishment has been achieved by a total of 19 KVTC students, who have clinched an impressive tally of 21 medals:

We are thrilled to announce a groundbreaking partnership that promises to uplift and empower the differently abled individuals in our society! 💪🌈 KVTC (Karachi Vocational Training Centre) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bahria University, marking the beginning of a remarkable journey towards creating a more inclusive world. 🤝❤️

 

Director General BUKC Vice Admiral (Retd) Khawaja Ghazanfar Hussain(M), Dean Director IPP Dr. Zainab Hussain Bhutto, Head of Department IPP Dr. Kiran Bashir Ahmad, Ms. Sara Shabbir (Clinical Incharge BU, Ms. Rabia Muzaffar (Clinical Incharge BUKC) were among the officials who joined us at the MoU signing. They were also given a detailed tour of the Centre.

 

With a shared vision to champion the rights and potential of every individual, this collaboration aims to further the efforts for the betterment of the differently abled community. Together, we believe in unlocking doors of opportunities, promoting equal access, and fostering an environment where everyone can thrive and flourish. 🌍🌱

Team KVTC, Honoured at pakistan embassy in Japan

“Team Pakistan is Team KVTC”

 

Team Pakistan was extended a gracious invitation to the esteemed Pakistan Embassy in Japan Pakistan Embassy Japan . His Excellency Mr. Raza Bashir Tarar, the esteemed Ambassador of Pakistan to Japan, warmly received the team and conveyed his heartfelt congratulations on their remarkable victory.

 

The meeting was a momentous occasion, underscoring the exceptional achievements of Team Pakistan and the admiration it has garnered for its outstanding performance at the 19th WATA Open Taekwondo Championship in Japan.

 

Team KVTC of 6 super-talented students became Team Pakistan and won 5 Gold medals, 2 Silver, and 1 Bronze medal at the WATA Taekwondo Championship in Japan. The Ambassador’s gracious gesture served as a testament to the team’s dedication, talent, and unwavering commitment to excellence, and further bolstered their motivation to continue their pursuit of making Pakistan proud.

DEPD Sindh & NADRA set up a camp at the Centre for the students of KVTC.

DEPD Sindh & NADRA set up a camp at the Centre for the students of KVTC. A team of doctors from DEPD verified the documents of the students. NADRA mobile van was there to facilitate the students for their Special CNIC.

 

We are thankful to DEPD Sindh and especially Mr. Jamandaas Rathi, Regional Director DEPD for setting up the camp in collaboration with NADRA to facilitate our students in this process.

KVTC-Greenwich MoU

“Reaching New Heights Together”

 

KVTC and Greenwich University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 22nd January 2023 which formalized a mutually beneficial partnership between the two organizations.

 

The purpose of the MOU is to establish friendly relations, sharing of knowledge, sharing of expertise, media partnerships, and to identify areas of cooperation that could help foster and develop the relationship.

Golden moments in Japan! 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 Team KVTC shines bright with 5 GOLD and 1 BRONZE, showcasing Pakistan’s excellence on the world stage!

 

Team KVTC comprising 6 talented students participated in the 19th WATA Open International Taekwondo Championship representing Pakistan and did it like true champions by raising the Pakistani flag high in Japan.

1st KPT Special Children Games

KVTC students participated in the 1st KPT Special Children Games 2022. The students played hockey, football, and basketball matches with other children from different special needs schools
